The location offers fine views of the Harbour Bridge. The room was spacious and always kept clean. Check-in was frustrating due to long delays, coupled with unhelpful reception staff. Despite having an IHG membership, the benefits weren't honored, leading to disappointment. Dining options fell flat, with the bar service lacking warmth and efficiency.

I loved relaxing in the heated pool with a gorgeous view of the harbor while enjoying a tasty breakfast every morning. On top of that, the rooftop restaurant is perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The only downside was I had to wait a bit for my coffee at the bar, but that didn't ruin my overall experience ☕

The room had a fantastic view, and the comfortable bedding made for a good night's sleep. The small bathroom and lack of extra amenities were disappointing. Staff responsiveness could improve, as service requests took longer than expected.
